The Creative Media Centre – Hastings town centre
We also developed the Creative Media Centre business centre at 45 Robertston Street in Hastings town centre.
Built in 2005, it’s a seven-storey office building with a number of offices from 130 to 825 sq ft, plus a ground floor retail unit, with a total floor area of 12,336 sq ft NIA.
It’s in a vibrant area of shops, cafés and restaurants and only a few minutes’ walk to the seafront and Hastings train station – with direct trains to London, Brighton and Ashford International.
We sold the facility in spring 2025 to Daisy’s Property Management Ltd for continued use as a business centre, and will reinvest the proceeds in further economic development initatives for the area.
