Priory Quarter is rapidly taking shape as Hastings’ town centre business and education district.

Approximately 150,000 sq ft of new premises have been developed in Priory Quarter so far – plus the Priory Square public space.

The 46,000 sq ft One Priory Square offices have been purchased by Saga, which is recruiting hundreds of local people for its new insurance operation. Priory Quarter also includes the Creative Media Centre

Our latest exciting development phase is  Havelock Place, which provides high quality offices plus ground floor office or retail units.  

Havelock Place was visited as it neared completion by then Chancellor George Osborne,who handed the keys to the building’s first tenant, Medica Group, which occupies the fifth floor.  

Standing next to Saga’s offices and two minutes’ walk from Hastings rail station and Sussex Coast College, Havelock Place is capable of accommodating over 350 employees.

We’re in letting discussions for the available offices which range from 541 sq ft up to 19,809 sq ft.  And we’re offering the first floor offices on highly flexible leases incorporating a rolling three-month notice period.

We intend to follow this scheme with a further 37,000 sq ft of adjoining offices.
