Our Marina Pavilion property on St Leonards seafront is a striking, two-storey property opposite the Royal Victoria Hotel – with panoramic views over the beach and English Channel.

The lower section was built in the 1930s and the upper part was added in recent years as part of the local regeneration programme.

It incorporates two large, flexible trading areas, an extensive beach-facing balcony and is suitable for a wide range of uses.

The previous operator has left and the property went back onto the market in spring 2024. We have invited proposals from interested organisations so we can bring this popular venue back into use as soon as possible and are assessing the responses.
