Our development programme
Sea Change’s development programme has focused on the Hastings, Bexhill and Eastbourne areas of East Sussex, where there is greatest scope to expand business activity.
Our programme has built on the initiative regeneration company Sea Space completed in 2011, having brought great positive change to Hastings.
We’re now working to help secure further business growth and over 6,000 new jobs.
As a central part of this, we’ve been undertaking commercial development through five main schemes:
- The Bexhill Enterprise Park, including the High Weald House offices (pictured) and mixed-use and industrial sites, available now
- The Innovation Centre in Hastings & St Leonards, offering high-quality serviced offices
- The Sovereign Harbour Innovation Park in Eastbourne
- The North Queensway Innovation Park in north-west Hastings
- The Priory Quarter business district in Hastings town centre
We also own The Marina Pavilion and The Sussex Exchange hospitality venues in St Leonards.
