Reception support
Our professional receptionists can meet and greet your visitors, handle your mail and provide a range of bureau services such as printing, photocopying, laminating, faxing and scanning.
Telephony & Internet
Occupiers have access to a dedicated, high-speed Internet network in a range of packages, and a phone system which offers a series of features and is fully managed 24 hours a day.
Meeting room hire
The Creative Media Centre in Hastings town centre offers prestigious meeting rooms suitable for training, seminars, interviews and board meetings – available to hire by tenant companies and external firms. To book a room, call 01424 205 400 or email creativemediacentre@seachangesussex.co.uk.
The Innovation Centre has a meeting room for tenant companies only.
Virtual Office services
You can have an office address at one of our business centres without actually moving in.

Networking opportunities
One of the main benefits of being in our Centres is the chance to meet other like-minded people.
Companies in our Centres collaborate to win pitches, work together on projects, use each other’s services and provide advice and support to one another.
Our networking lunches offer plenty of opportunities to mix while our shared circulation spaces including reception, tea-points and break-out areas encourage interaction between clients.
Flexible lease agreements
Our offices and workshops are let on straightforward, flexible lease agreements. These are for a three-year period with a fixed rent. They include a rolling three-month notice period, allowing you to move as your company grows or changes.
