The Sussex Exchange - now sold

The Sussex Exchange is a 9,046 sq ft (840.5 sq m) property on a 1.6-acre site in St Leonards-on-Sea.

We opened the building in 2012 as a restaurant, bar, conference centre and small cinema.

It’s an eco-friendly building ranging over two floors and suitable for a wide range of uses.

It has 67 parking spaces, extensive outdoor terraces and stunning views – from inside and out – over the ancient woodland of the Marline Valley.

The building is 3.5 miles from Hastings town centre on the main Queensway road, near the junction with the new Combe Valley Way which connects Hastings to Bexhill and, beyond that, Eastbourne and Brighton.

With the property having operated as a popular hospitality venue (shown by the images on this page) before this closed in 2024, we sold it in the summer of 2025 to a local manufacturing company.
