North Queensway Innovation Park, Hastings

Sea Change is developing an approx 12-acre site in north-west Hastings/St Leonoards – the largest in the area available for business use – into the North Queensway Innovation Park. The Park is surrounded by attractive woodland, next to a thriving manufacturing zone, close to the A21 to London and just four miles from Hastings town centre and seafront.

Our aim is to provide space for local manufacturers wishing to expand, as well as companies from outside the area looking for a new base.

With class B1 and B2 uses permitted, this is an opportunity for properties to be developed to companies’ bespoke specifications. Plots are available to purchase or pre-let from 2 acres upwards.  These can accommodate premises from 25,000 sq ft up to 120,000 sq ft with ample parking.

We’ve cleared the site, developed a new road junction and entrance from Queensway and created part of a site road within the Innovation Park.
