The Bexhill Enterprise Park is prominently featured in a new drive from the Department of International Trade (DIT) to attract foreign investment to the UK.

In launching this scheme, International Trade Secretary, Dr Liam Fox, said:  “This is a bold and ambitious programme, building on the UK’s position as the leading destination for foreign investment in Europe through the government’s Industrial Strategy, helping to build a Britain fit for the future.”

The Bexhill Enterprise Park is included in the DIT’s investment prospectus (click to download as a PDF & see pages 14 & 15) as “a major investment opportunity on the south coast of England.”

This says it believes the Enterprise Park offers investment opportunities worth £150 million, and that:

“This state of the art business park lies in an attractive countryside setting and is designed to enable growth of local companies and attract inward and foreign direct investment.

The scheme has been designed with flexibility to accommodate a wide range of occupiers.”
