Our Marina Pavilion property on the St Leonards seafront is a striking, two-storey property opposite the Royal Victoria Hotel – with panoramic views over the beach and English Channel.

The lower section was built in the 1930s and the upper part was added in recent years as part of the local regeneration programme.

It incorporates two large, flexible trading areas, an extensive beach-facing balcony and is suitable for a wide range of uses.

The previous operators have left and the facility is currently closed. While we had been looking for new operators, we’ve now put this search temporarily on hold because there is no power supply to the property, stemming from a problem outside the building which UK Power Networks and Hastings Borough Council are working to rectify.

We intend, once the repairs are completed, to put the property back on the market in 2026 with all necessary utilities in place to support future occupiers and bring this unique seafront property back into use.
