Our Marina Pavilion property on St Leonards seafront has now gone onto the market. We’re inviting proposals from any interested organisations so we can bring this popular venue back into use as soon as possible.
It’s a two-storey property opposite the Royal Victoria Hotel with panoramic views over the beach and English Channel. The lower section was built in the 1930s and the upper part was added in recent years as part of the local regeneration programme.
It incorporates two large, flexible trading areas and an extensive beach-facing balcony and is suitable for a wide range of uses.
Enquiries are being handled by our two appointed agents – leisure sector firm Fleurets and local commercial property specialists Dyer & Hobbis. And an open house viewing session is running on Tuesday 9 April from 10am to 12pm (booking required).
You can see more on the Dyer & Hobbis website here, and on Fleurets’ website here.
