On Saturday 25 March, Andrew Jones MP, Parliamentary Under Secretary of State for Transport, joined Hastings & Rye MP Amber Rudd and East Sussex County Council Leader Keith Glazier to view the progress of the Queensway Gateway project.
Roads Minister Andrew Jones commented: “The Queensway Gateway will provide a vital link between the Bexhill to Hastings Link Road, which opened in 2015, and the A21. It will also deliver huge benefits to local motorists by cutting congestion in and around Hastings, speeding up journeys and boosting the local economy. I’m delighted with the progress being made on the construction of this road, and it was good to see it first-hand.”
