Sovereign Harbour, Eastbourne

We’re developing the Sovereign Harbour Innovation Park on a 5.5 acre site three miles from Eastbourne town centre.

The Innovation Park is designed to provide companies with high-quality sites and premises to enable them to expand and generate jobs, providing an economic boost to this part of the county.

The scheme includes a contemporary, 25,235 sq ft business centre called Pacific House, which we completed in July 2015.

Pacific House is able to accommodate small, medium and large companies. Offices within the building are available to let now – with most already occupied – ranging from approx 600 sq ft upwards. We’re offering these on innovative leases incorporating a rolling three-month break clause to give businesses the ultimate in flexibility.

Pacific House is a low-energy property with a light-filled atrium and shared spaces, plus 130 car parking spaces (a ratio of 1:194 sq ft).

The Innovation Park also has sites capable of accommodating up to 94,000 sq ft of additional offices.

The Park is within five minutes’ walk of the waterside cafes, restaurants, bars and boutiques of Sovereign Harbour – northern Europe’s largest marina complex. It’s also next to a large retail park with an Asda supermarket, many other shops and a gym.

If you’re interested in sites or premises on the Sovereign Harbour Innovation Park, please don’t hesitate to get in touch or visit the Sovereign Harbour Innovation Park web site.
